We are often asked how long it will take to resolve a negligent security case in Kansas. That is a very difficult question to answer, if not impossible. While you are doing that, we’re going to be working on your case. We are going to be investigating all the details, gathering all the evidence, and having the case ready so that when your doctor says that you’re done with treatment, we can then send the information and present the demand to the insurance carrier and see if we can settle your negligent security case.

If the insurance carrier is fair and reasonable and willing to pay for your injuries and your damages, then we may be able to reach a settlement agreement. We may be able to get your case settled quickly. If the insurance carrier is not willing to be fair and reasonable, not willing to pay your damages, and oftentimes doesn’t respond at all, then we have to file suit and pursue the claim all the way through the jury trial.
